A viral video showed the 18-year-old Julia leaving a building and not smiling, not waving, not even acknowledging fans who were crying out her name.
The Kapamilya actress took to her instagram account to speak up and apologize to fans she ignored as she exited in a building and made her way to a private van.
"A lot of you may be judging me, a lot of you may be hating on me right now, and a lot of you may be
disappointed with my past actions. You can tell me it's easy to even glance, how fast it is to smile or wave back... Because yes it is, and I apologize for not having done so," she wrote.
She also said the post was her attempt to explain her side, even if she doesn't have to. "I am for my fans. I am for myself because I cannot take way too much judgement from people who do not know me behind the camera."
For public personalities, there's a lesson in here somewhere. Julia, unfortunately, learned the hard way.
